Extending our practice into Pennsylvania
In 2023, Nathan Wenk joined the firm as its third partner and opened our office in Media, PA — known locally as "Everybody's Hometown" — bringing full Fractional General Counsel and IP capability to the Greater Philadelphia area. It's the same firm, the same standard of individualized attention, now within reach of businesses across Southeastern Pennsylvania and Chester County, a region with a strong and diverse base in manufacturing, life sciences, and technology.
In the community
Nathan maintains ties to the Chester County Economic Development Council, the Pennsylvania Small Business Assistance Department, and the PA Business One-Stop Hub, and connects with the region's startup ecosystem through the University City Science Center, Ben Franklin Technology Partners, and Philly Startup Leaders — alongside academic ties to the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel, and Temple. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Media-Upper Providence Township Library and takes on pro bono matters in eviction defense, clemency advocacy, and naturalization cases.
