Nathan Wenk
Nathan joined Spengler & Agans in 2023 and was made partner in 2025, opening the firm's Greater Philadelphia office and building out its Fractional General Counsel practice. Before joining, he was a Senior Associate at Goodwin Procter working on technology transactions and licensing, a technology transactions and IP litigation attorney at Sidley Austin, and a patent prosecutor at Knobbe Martens. His deal experience includes a $5.4M health-tech sale, a $40M Series B investment in an autonomous-driving company, and a $40M private equity acquisition.

In the community: Nathan serves on the Board of Trustees of the Media-Upper Providence Township Library and takes on pro bono matters in eviction defense, clemency advocacy, and naturalization cases.
Nathan is married with a son. He enjoys woodworking and cycling, and is a Liverpool FC and Phish fan. Earlier in his career, he designed and ran microgravity experiments aboard NASA's KC-135 aircraft.
